The value for money at Anyospark Mountain & Wellness Resort was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for skiing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The place was nice, with a jaw-dropping view over the mountains. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was mind-blowing! The staff working there were really helpful, especially the ones in the breakfast area. They were always pleasant and provided great service. The location was also good, with nice views and the option to explore surrounding areas with a car. it was a great experience!

I chose this hotel to attend a forum and it provided a comfortable stay. The facilities, such as the gym and pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable to use. The staff was friendly and the breakfast selection was good.

The buffet breakfast had a diverse selection of hot and cold items. The hotel's location - nestled between the city and La Massana ski point - allowed for easy access to both. The free shuttle bus to and from the hotel was a convenient perk.

We had a great stay at Anyospark Mountain & Wellness Resort. The rooms were impressive, with a spacious layout and excellent facilities. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to answer all of our questions. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a nice variety of delicious options. The hotel also provided a convenient free shuttle bus to and from the ski slopes, making our ski vacation even more enjoyable.

I can't say enough about the friendliness of the hotel staff. The reception staff were more than willing to answer all of our many questions and went out of their way to help find answers if they didn't know one themselves. We went on a ski vacation and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel which was very convenient. Our room was exceptionally neat and tidy and also very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of items, both hot and cold. We ate at the buffet dinner for 2 nights of our stay and it also had a decent variety of food items as well.

A few of the downsides of the hotel are that it is not located within walking distance to any other restaurants, shops, etc. It is pretty much isolated from anything else. We ordered room service on the last night of our stay and unfortunately both my husband and my chicken dinners were undercooked. I wouldn't expect a 4 star hotel kitchen to serve raw chicken. We found that to be completely unsatisfactory and a health risk. The staff, however, was more than apologetic about the matter and brought up 2 new meals (fully cooked) and on the house. Lastly, for the price we paid for the hotel, I would have liked to not have to pay for parking during our stay. Granted, parking and space in general in Andorra is extremely limited, however, I think that 8 Euros a night is a bit much for the overall price we paid for the hotel.

Hotel Anyospark is my go-to place in Anyos. Amazing staff and amenities including Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and seasonal outdoor pool. They even returned my forgotten earpods once! Can't wait to come back for Easter!

The pool area was disappointing with old facilities and lackluster maintenance, and some language barriers with staff made for miscommunication. Additionally, the location was somewhat isolated, making it difficult to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. However, these factors did not greatly detract from the overall enjoyable experience.

Spent my Xmas holiday in the mountains and had the best time! The hotel had great facilities for sports and a unique aqua spa with a relaxing pool with lots of jacuzzi type water sprouts. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner, with a good variety of hot and cold foods. The rooms were neat and tidy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, nestled in between the ski points and the city.

That the hotel was pretty isolated from anything else, so it was difficult to find other restaurants or shops nearby. the rooms were really hot, which made it hard to manage the temperature.
